Ayurveda

Ayurveda is a Science word which built up with two words Ayu and Veda. Ayu means life and Veda means knowledge. The main meaning of the word Ayurveda is the Life Science. It is a treatment which deals with disease with science which is a complete way of life. Ayurveda main role is to make happy, peace and healthful society and the main two role of Ayurveda are below mention. It makes a regular health of healthy people and to cure the disease of unhealthy people.

A Human in view of Ayurveda in made up of five different elements.

These elements consist of space, air, fire, earth and water. Same as we have in nature, we have too same elements in our Human Body. Whenever any of these elements are unbalanced in the atmosphere, they will impact effect on us as well. The food that Human eats and weather condition and the only examples of the influence of above elements. All Human beings are made up of these five primary elements; some of these elements can be seen to combine to create different physiological way.

The elements which combine with Ether and Air extracts to form is also known in Ayurveda as Vata Dosha. The principle of Vata is movement so it can be seen with the force which always directs respiration, nerve impulses, elimination and circulation etc.

The elements consist of water and fire in dominance combines to form Pitta Dosha. Pitta Dosha is responsible for transformation. The exchanges of foods into the nutrients that our body produces are a solid example of Pitta.

At last it is only Earth and Water which mix up and form the Kapha Dosha. This is responsible for growth.

Human beings are made up of unique and adequate amount of Pitta, Vata and Kapha. Amount vary human to human and this is the reason as why Ayurveda sees one individual as mix and special mix mixture that creates and different identity among all. Ayurveda give challenges to look at each human as a unique makeup and this gives us a challenge to understand the treatment and cause.

Whenever any of the Doshas comes to a single place Ayurveda will suggest and cure by giving nutritional guidelines to help the Human in reducing the Dosha which is already have enlarged and also Herbal Medicine will be suggest to individual to prevent from the disease.

To understand the main principle of Ayurveda, it always offers us a way as what was the reason a individual responded opposite to a treatment the another and also then why another individual with same kind of problem may require a different type to cure.

We can say that all elements which are important to create a life and also could be the reason for disease to an individual.
